After your purchase, you'll be directed to my calendar to find a time that works for you. If you miss it, you can also access it through your confirmation email. Please let me know if you don't see a time that works for you and we can figure something else out.
Please note that you only need to book your appointment once, even if my calendar will allow you to book multiple times. Check your email for confirmation of your appointment and the zoom details for our meeting. You can cancel any duplicate meetings by hitting the "cancel" button at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email.
The vast majority of the time I spend on your reading happens when I analyze your chart before I ever meet you face-to-face.
For this reason,
I kindly ask that you please try to cancel or reschedule readings as early as possible.
I am NOT able to accommodate outright cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, and refunds will not be given. However, I am always happy to reschedule within that time frame.
For any reschedule requests received less than 48 hours prior to your reading, I will charge an additional fee equal to 25% of the original booking that will be due at the time of rebooking to compensate me for the time I set aside for your cancelled appointment.
